Woman-owned, NYC-based luxury residential construction firm that partners with top architects, talented designers and best-in-class tradespeople to bring their design vision to life.

TOKA Builders commissioned us to help them reintroduce their firm in the New York City market. Our goal was to elevate TOKA’s branding and create a new website to present their firm to potential clients and showcase the luxury building projects in their portfolio.

Key stakeholder interviews and a follow-up survey with the founder and her partner, enabled us to understand and articulate TOKA’s unique approach to every project, and what sets them apart from other builders. Our work included a new brand identity and a new website that brings to life TOKA’s talent, experience and building process. TOKA’s incredible work speaks for itself so we created a gallery to put their projects in the spotlight.
