Kivunim

Kivunim is a premier gap year program based in Jerusalem that combines academic study, international travel, cross-cultural dialogue and community service to develop students' identity and global citizenship.

We were honored to work with the Kivunim Institute to update the brand identity and website for its incredible, immersive gap year program. Kivunim aims to develop global citizens who are conscientious, capable, and committed to building a more just and peaceful world…so it was important for us to understand the values of prospective Kivu students, and articulate the many unique aspects of the program.

Our objective was to modernize the look and feel of this 18-year old program, so we studied its history, curriculum and mission, and we spent many hours in conversation with the founder. We crafted compelling new messaging intended to engage high school students & their parents, as well as interested educators and donors; and we selected a series of stunning photographs taken by the students themselves to reflect their experience, and authentically resonate with the target audience.
