Waveny House

Historic 1912 Tudor mansion on 300 acres in New Canaan, CT that serves as a premier wedding and event venue with grand halls, walled garden, and picturesque grounds.

The Town of New Canaan engaged Case Study on a comprehensive project to support the revitalization of this historic landmark. The objective of our partnership was to provide guidance and clarity for the Brand DNA of Waveny House, and strategic guidelines to help drive engagement, build community and ultimately return on investments in the house and its property for the Town of New Canaan. Our Brand DNA work provided the necessary foundation for strategic planning and budgeting, and set the stage for a first-ever Waveny House brand identity and website. We believed the house deserved a logo reflecting the values of the community, its culture and vitality, while also giving a nod to its heritage as an historic landmark. The website was an opportunity to give the house its due by creating a dedicated platform to tell its unique story and showcase it as an amazing venue for both weddings and community events. At every stage, our goal was to deliver work that was worthy of the ‘crown jewel of New Canaan.’
