At Home in Greenwich

At Home in Greenwich is a membership-based organization that supports and empowers older adults to live independently by providing household assistance, healthcare coordination, transportation and social connections. With unwavering commitment, respect, optimism and humor, At Home aims to form meaningful connections … and build a strong, supportive community of older neighbors within the town.

We had the privilege of partnering with this non-profit that enables adults (50+) to live at home independently,, safely and with confidence. Our charge was to revitalize its positioning and help extend its recognition & appeal to a broader audience in the community. We created a modern new brand identity and website designed to engage and connect with current and prospective members, family, volunteers and potential donors. We streamlined their messaging and articulated their values. The website was designed to  authentically reflect the organization’s mission to build a strong, supportive community of aging neighbors who are empowered to thrive as they navigate growing older.
