We had the opportunity to partner with this 100+ year old land management business as it transitioned to REIT status and implemented a focused new corporate strategy. Our charge was to support the company as it evolved to address 21st century market needs, engage investors and deliver value to shareholders. 

After a deep dive into its history and conversations with stakeholders, we defined and articulated the company’s modern-day mission, purpose and vision; and applied core values into strategic messaging around the company’s innovative property solutions, sustainable practices, trusted relationships and value creation for tenants, partners and investors. With this foundation, we explored and created a strong, modern new corporate name and brand identity, reflective of the company’s forward-looking strategic focus on industrial/warehouse properties and supply chain logistics needs. Our work also included the design of marketing materials to reflect the company’s new branding.
