Open Road Resorts

Open Road Resorts is an outdoor hospitality company that owns and operates a collection of clean, safe, family- & pet-friendly RV parks and campgrounds in Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming.

Open Road’s founders engaged CSB to create and help launch a new travel brand comprising a growing portfolio of RV and camping destinations. Our goal was to create messaging and branding for launch, engage with multiple audiences, and set the stage for future growth.

Through our interview process and industry review, we articulated the core values and strategy for introducing the brand to both the traveling public and potential investors.  Our work included Brand DNA informed by the founders’ intentions for the new business, as well as a name for the business, a brand identity and website. We positioned Open Road as a brand that inspires freedom, connection and experience. We created a website to showcase the company’s RV & camping destinations nationwide, and its commitment to excellence and sustainability - where people get outside, share experiences and deepen connections.
